After his projects inspired by the music of Bach, Mahler, Wagner and Mozart, Uri Caine, a great jazz pianist from New York now focuses on the spirit of Béla Bartók, whose music has had a great impact on him since his childhood. Caine spent a long time preparing this evening inspired by Bartók’s folk music-based pieces and harmonies. The Bartók Projekt will only give two concerts of this project, one at Trafo and one in New York this fall.
