HOW TO BOOK
ONLINE:
The most convenient way to buy tickets is via Trafó’s ticket site.

You can pay in cash, with a credit card and SZÉP card.
Refunds are not permitted except when a performance is cancelled.

Season tickets are valid for one season only, and only for certain performances. A season ticket does not entitle its holder to automatic entrance to performances. Please reserve your ticket well in advance at the Box Offic or via email. You can collect tickets by presenting your season ticket at Trafó’s ticket office.
DISCOUNTS for theatre, dance and contemporary circus performances
Discount tickets require the presentation of the relevant student/teacher/identity/club card. Only one discount type can be used at a time. The discount system below is not valid for concerts. For concerts, we usually offer 100 ‘Early bird’ reduced-price tickets.
25% discount:
• students/teachers/pensioners (In order to use the discount online, you need to present the relevant card in person at Trafó's ticket office or by e-mail: jegypenztar@trafo.hu).

Group discounts:
Student and adult groups of more than 10 people receive 30% and 10% discounts off ticket prices respectively. For ticket reservations and more information, please contact info@trafo.hu, or call our ticket office.
PERFORMING ARTS PROFESSIONALS AND MEMBERS OF THE PRESS
Trafó provides a limited amount of discount tickets to performing arts professionals and members of the press. Due to the limited amount of tickets available, we can only offer one discount ticket per request, any additionally required tickets will need to be paid for at the standard ticket price.
Performing arts professionals are asked to contact Beata Barda (executive director) at barda@trafo.hu at least three days prior to the performance they are interested in attending. Please specify your position or the institution you work for when getting in contact.
The representatives of the press should contact sajto@trafo.hu also at least three days prior to the performance. Please specify in your letter the media you are working for.
