The most convenient way to buy tickets is via Trafó’s ticket site.
Payment methods: credit card and MasterCard Mobile.
Discount/ concession tickets (eg. student, pensioner) or payment using vouchers is only possible in person at Trafó’s ticket office.

on theatre hall performance days: 4pm-10pm,
on studio/club performance days: 4pm-8:30pm,

at any exceptional beginning the box office opens one hour before the performance.
You can pay in cash, with a credit card, SZÉP card, as well as Edenred Ticket Culture vouchers. Refunds are not permitted except when a performance is cancelled.
DISCOUNTS for theatre, dance and contemporary circus performances
Discount tickets require the presentation of the relevant student/teacher/identity/club card. Only one discount type can be used at a time. The discount system below is not valid for concerts. For concerts we usually offer 100 ‘Early bird’ reduced price tickets.

PERFORMING ARTS PROFESSIONALS AND MEMBERS OF THE PRESS
Trafó provides a limited amount of discount tickets to performing arts professionals and members of the press (for performing arts professionals we offer a 40% discount, press tickets cost 100 HUF). Due to the limited amount of tickets available we can only offer one discount ticket per request, any additionally required tickets will need to be paid for at the standard ticket price.
Performing arts professionals are asked to contact Beata Barda (executive director) at firstname.lastname@example.org at least three days prior to the performance they are interested in attending. Please specify your position or the institution you work for when getting in contact.
The representatives of the press should contact email@example.com also at least three days prior to the performance. Please specify in your letter the media you are working for.
