Do the names Martha Graham, José Limón or Lester Horton ring a bell? Would you like to try out the basic steps of the various techniques or would you rather have a go at the Alexander, Feldenkrais or Pilates techniques?

The first day of the Dance Marathon is an ideal event for those who made their minds up to get a move on, but are still looking for a direction to get started or maybe some new techniques to learn. Saturday offers the chance to try out various dance techniques, inquire about new courses starting at the Trafó Studio and other dance schools in town, as well as consult with teachers in both the main hall and the studio.
