The aim of the conference is to gather both professionals and audience members interested in the possibilities of merging the fields of movement and new technologies. Participants will listen to relevant Artistic Case Studies from artists and collaborators around the V4 region and a ‘Roundtable discussion’ around how these crossovers could contribute to audience development, new creations and innovations in the V4 region.

The conference can be visited offline and online (via Zoom) as well.
Those arriving at 4:30 pm to Trafo Klub can network and between 4-5:00 pm guests can also visit an interactive installation connecting to the topic of the conference.

STELLA (Somatic Tech Live LAb) is a long-term project initiated by Ziggurat Project, that aims to create an international cooperation between professionals (from the fields of performing arts, visual and media arts and technology) who work on the development of the field of movement and technology in the V4 region. This conference is part of the first edition of STELLA’s dance&tech program series that takes place on 7-9th of November 2020 at Trafó in Budapest also including workshops (here and here), performances and other forms of professional exchange.
