playfullness, brotherhood, fragments
”The idea behind this creation is to plunge the audience into a world that is theirs, familiar, a universe made up of the fragments of life lived by all, and to share this human experience together.“
A few smallish platforms, a trampoline, a teeter board and four men…
Four acrobats watch each other, gauge, run into, carry, throw each other and sweep us along in their metaphoric farandole: meetings, exploits, mistakes, power games, seductions, manipulations, an “intarsio” made up of fragments of life, a glimpse into the kaleidoscope of human relationships.
A circus in constant movement, strong, poetic, funny and heart-warming, a moment which inspires real tenderness for the strange beast that is the human being.
“Human above all, inTarsi reveals the value of human relationships” LA LIBRE
Compañía de Circo “eia” (Unforetold Flights in Harmony, élans imprévus accordés in French, ‘yes’ in Sardinian) was born in 2009 when several established circus artists decided to come together: Armando Rabanera, Fabrizio Giannini and Cristiano Della Monica (Cirque Vague, Circo de la Sombra and Le Grand Osim Orchestra) and Francesca Lissia and Celso Pereira (Celso y Frana). Since the beginning, the company has been promoting a human circus capable of evoking the complexity of human relationships, reaching a very wide audience, staking its position as one of the foremost contemporary circus companies in Spain and Europe.
