What’s this?
TURNING INTO DANCE is a somatic experience-based initiation theatre workshop related to contemporary dance performances presented at Trafó. In the frameworks of the workshop, through moving, students can gradually retune their relationship to their own bodies and experience that ‘dancing’ is in fact not a distant and mysterious thing at all. In the course of the first session, we map our own bodies through a fictional story; the second time we look for connection points and possibilities for composition in the group while during the third occasion we watch and discuss a contemporary dance or contemporary circus performance together at Trafó.
