POST-SHOW DISCUSSION
on 24 September after the performance with the artists moderated by Eszter Gál dancer, dance teacher, choreographer. Everybody is welcome!
The three performers, slouching around in a construction yard full of corrugated iron, wooden boards and propane cylinders, play out their boredom in a gradually escalating series of games – actually not games or stunts even, but rather danger - as they idly pass time by balancing cylinders and boards ever higher atop one another. Tense and funny in a deadbeat way, ‘Extrêmités’ manages to indirectly express the motivations of the three characters, and the pressures between them.
Director: Stephane Filloque, François Bedel
With: Yann Ecauvre, Sylvain Briani-Colin/Jérémy Olivier, Rémi Lecocq
Stage design: Julien Michenaud, Sébastien Hérouart, Michel Ferandon
Light technician: Julien Michenaud
Production and management: Jérôme Souchet, Géraldine Gallois
