CONSTANZA MACRAS | DorkyPark: Open For Everything

1800 Ft / Student: 1500 Ft / season ticket is valid
On the 8th June, the performance will be followed by a post-show discussion with the performers and choreographer-director Constanza Macras, moderated by Júlia Ránki. Everybody is welcome!

Open for Everything is a travel through the life of Roma communities in Europe where itinerant traditions have been replaced by sedentary confined life in ghettos and the actual expulsions from many European societies. Opposite to that is the life of the dancers of DorkyPark. Nomadic by nature but without tradition as the life of many with jobs that require extremely frequent travelling.

The production will be created by Constanza Macras in cooperation with 17 Roma musicians, dancers and amateurs of different ages from Slovakia, Hungary and the Czech Republic, and with five performers from the dance company CONSTANZA MACRAS | DorkyPark who come from Israel, Germany, the Netherlands, Canada and South-Korea.
