MUCH MORE Showcase is a vibrant palette of the local and regional contemporary circus scene. Circus artists with short works are evaluated by a renowned international jury and various prizes are awarded. The audience also gets a chance to vote and award their favourite.

MUCH Circus Festival emerged to support artists in the field of contemporary circus in Central and Eastern Europe. Our goal is to connect the scattered Hungarian circus community and build bridges between like-minded artists, professionals, and festivals in the Central Eastern European region. The MUCH MORE Showcase is a competition of short-format contemporary circus acts. The artists presenting their work can win multiple prizes offering valuable future opportunities. The main prize, the More Grant is a year-long creation mentoring program and an invitation to premier the new work at the next edition of MUCH Circus Festival in 2027. The jury evaluates the submitted projects based on stage presence, the uniqueness of artistic vision and authorship, and the quality of circus skills.
