In 1999, the Műhely Foundation started its “Regular Dance Lessons” program at the Trafó Studio. The goal of the event was to provide young and old alike with a chance to try out various contemporary dance technique and compositional classes and learn from the prominent dancers and dance teachers of the contemporary dance scene.
Since January of last year, our foundation has three new studios in Buda called the Grabó Studio at the Jurányi Production Community Incubator house. On this occasion, we'll get a glimpse into the atmosphere of the classes at the Trafó and the Grabó studio through a brief excerpt in order to get an idea of what happens at these dance classes.
We will be presenting excerpts of the following dance classes:
Bakó Gábor: Jazz dance
Buday Melinda: Limón
Pete Orsolya: Modern dance and improvisation
Práger Anna: Limon based dance
Sándor Tímea: Modern, Horton-based jazz dance
Sebestyén Tímea - Zambrzycki Ádám: Yoga dance
Tóth Tímea: Modern dance
Varga Viktóriai - Vadas Tamara: Junior dance class
