After Bura gathers the collection of memories of 10 survivors from a wrecked ship on the coasts of the Adriatic Sea.
It is a playful yet poignant dance piece, where the performers 10 share their stories through a vibrant blend of humour and hope. The choreography, rooted in a unique mathematical structure based on geographic coordinates, traces their journeys with precision and elegance. This is a celebration of resilience—where the wreckage of the past transforms into a dance of survival and beauty.

SUB.LAB.PRO is a creative platform for contemporary dancers to expand their technical and creative capabilities through choreographic creations. The program is designed to foster a realistic appreciation of a professional company-like environment by offering a complete tool kit to sustain and nourish the dancers at the start of their career paths. During the training, 4 different choreographers will create a full evening performance for the dancers, and the company will present the finished work on the Trafó Main Stage. After Bura is the first show of the 2024/2025 Ensemble.

Born in Serbia, and raised in Switzerland, Tamara studied in London before settling in Brussels where she is now based. Many personalities with whom she worked affected her way of approaching dance in the ongoing contemporary process of materialising the medium and with whom she has found a common ground to explore the many facets of dance-theatre: Rosemary Butcher, Simon Vincenzi, Franck Chartier & Gabriela Carrizo (Peeping Tom), Tabea Martin.
