gergő d. farkas - MEGTELT

A workshop ingyenes, a részvételi szándékod a következő e-mailcímen jelezd: jegypenztar@trafo.hu.
Once a month, on Mondays, Trafó opens its Liliom Street dance studio to all those who love to move. Each time a different choreographer or dancer shares some of their favorite practices. The aim is not necessarily to learn a choreography, but to move together, to recharge, to learn from each other, together.

gergő d. farkas (they/them) is a gathering of cells with a passion for choreography, dance, organisation, facilitation, romance and mischief. Being lost in Stockholm, Budapest, Vienna, or somewhere in between, they dream of belonging to sensual spaces where not only humans are invited to dance. Their latest piece, Deep Fake currently tours as a partof the Aerowaves Twenty22 selection.

gergő d. farkas thoughts on the workshop:

„We will start the two hours with a thorough Body Scam Mediation practice, during which we will experience a peculiar organ. Afterwards, we will partake in an improvisation, guided by dances that are sometimes too soft, too passive, and sometimes too sensual. During the workshop, we will encounter moments when not only humans dance or human dance is not so human anymore.
The workshop is open-level and requires no prior dance experience. Bring a thick sock and a sweater together with your regular training wear.”
