On Bugge Wesseltoft: \A full, epic scale jazz assault with a stringent left field house attitude, stunning to the verge of addiction, drifting along like tranquility given wings. Lovers of music, not scenes, need this.

Zagar is the headliner group of the Hungarian electronic music scene. Their sound is based on contemporary electronic music, hip-hop, jazz and indie-rock adding with experimental scratches by DJ Bootsie. The result is heavy beats, atmospheric mood and sound clips from the psychedelic era of the late 60´s. Their debut album, the Local Broadcast was released in 2002 in Hungary (UGAR/UCMG) and in Austria (Universal Jazz) now it is distributed in world wide by the Berlin based MConnexxion. This album was selected for the chart of the 50 all time’s most important Hungarian records by the music magazine WAN2. Presently they are working their new studio album.
