Jeremy James: My Big Pants It is not the first time when PR-evolution Dance Company come up with a Jeremy James’s work at Trafó. In 2003 they staged Gaps Lapse and Relapse wich is a masterpiece of Jeremy who is a well known british choreographer. The Australian-born dancer and choreographer in the ’90 gets in touch with all leader dance companies in the U.K. He worked with Rambert Dance Company, Siobhan Davies Dance Company, the Arc and DV8 formations before he blast in London’s dancelife with his own choreographies. Any works of Jeremy James can be the best example for our today’s trendy pure physic dance. This second appearing of Jeremy’s work generated by PR-evolution projects is My Big Pants which piece borned at the top of his carrier as a choreographer. Beside the strong constitution there is Jeremy’s view of life which fraugth with sarcasm but using everyday gestures as movements it shows deep humanity and humour. In My Big Pants we can detect a brilliant presentation the underground culture of a metropolis where alienated individuals get stuck suffer from retirement but beside all this side-effects piece full on humour and unending beautiful movements.
