Claudio Stellato workshop

-
Dear visitors! The workshop is full.

When? On the 16th September 2011 between 10am and 3pm.
Where? In the Studio of Trafó.
For whom? For professional artists as well amateurs that show a real interest in exploring the body and its movement. (Attention: it’s not about circus techniques!)
In What Language? English.
What’s the Aim? To develop the personal movement language and to awaken “The Other” which exists in each person.
Why? Born in Milan in 1977, Claudio is a multidisciplinary artist: a jazz musician, a street theatre performer, a circus artist, a dancer and an actor. In May 2008 he started his own movement research project: “L’Autre”, a performance that has been presented in several countries (Belgium, Italy, USA, Portugal, France) and premiered in March 2011. The workshop is the other merit of this three-year research spent investigating the relation between body and object. This investigation generated a specific movement language, which evolves through the development of an unusual character and its relationship with the objects that surround it.
