For the second time, the Hungarian Dance Academy's students arrange their choreographers’ competition, Debut Performance, which gives the students the opportunity to express their own feelings and thoughts through the language of dance.
Students of the choreographic-, the pedagogic- and the formal dance education take part in the competition and have proven to show their talents in many genres, from classical ballet through modern and folkloristic dance forms, all the way to the ballroom and fashion dances.
The competition is an opportunity for the students to develop their choreographic skills and present their work, first to their fellow students and the then best creations, as part of the gala evening to the audience.
Apart from students trying their wings for the first time, the programme will introduce some accomplished dancers, who have graduated from the Hungarian Dance Academy, and are now internationally acclaimed in the dance world.
