For the first time, Trafo opens its season with DanceMarathon, a program initiated 6 years ago by the Workshop Foundation. The aim of the event is to introduce modern and contemporary dance techniques, body-mind methods to the audience interested in dance. Here you will have the chance to meet teachers and try some of the 16 different classes offered on the first day. And if you fall in love with Martha Graham, José Limón or Lester Horton, you can immediately continue the class in one of Budapest’s dance schools. The second day is for professional dancers, who can learn methods, tricks and work-in-progress extracts from established Hungarian choreographers.
