Péter Kárpáti and the actors blend original motifs and those of the surrounding world, as well as our own imagination and the absurdities of reality. The stories sometimes come to life in the form of acting or song and the race of lies is dead serious. When I last visited Budapest I saw a bird so big that one of its wings covered Pest and the other covered Buda. Can that be real?
