Featuring established and emerging artists the diverse line-up aims to push boundaries for challenging exploration of new musical dimensions. The fourth episode takes the audience to a transcendental African expedition witnessing the spirit of future by conjuration of occult tribal rituals.
The fundamental questions of the spiritual human existence are the subject of the artistic expression of Jamal Moss aka Hieroglyphic Being. The afrofuturist aesthetic of his unpredictable and undefinable house music reveals cosmic and metaphysical dimensions in the listener’s mind. Inspired by the ancestral culture and percussive instruments of the tropical continent, Cut Hands is the new moniker of the legendary noise pioneer William Bennett experimenting with hypnotic rites and dark poly-rhythmic techno beats. As a local act a fresh footwork/juke duo, Uffalo Steez (Viktor Sági and Ábris Gryllus) will present their recent debut release, out now on Budapest-based DIY label 8ounce.
