Ticket Refund Information (2020. november 17.)
Between 11 November 2020 and 11 December 2020 all of our events are canceled as a result of the restrictive measures taken due to the nationwide COVID-19 epidemic. The compensation for the tickets of canceled performances can be decided until 15 December 2020.
We offer two options:
Exchange of purchased tickets to vouchers, valid for any performances during the theatre season 2020/21, available online or in person, up to the voucher value limit. If you prefer this option, please present the ticket of the cancelled performance in person or send it via email. More information here.
Reimbursement of purchased tickets. The cost of the ticket will be refunded in cash through our ticket office with no handling fee. This option is only available in person.
The price of the online tickets will be reimbursed by Interticket Kft. Although they handle such a large number of cancelled events nationally that the administration of requests can take several weeks. Reimbursement of ticket prices can thus be 30 days or up to 60 days after the declaration deadline. General ticket refund information available here.
If you decide to offer the amount of the previously purchased ticket to support the Trafó, you can declare this decision here.
In person: until 15 December 2020, between 2 pm - 6 pm on weekdays at the Trafó ticket office (1094 Bp., Liliom utca 41.).
The validity of the Trafó season passes for 2019/20 are extended until the end of this theatre season (30 June 2021). The validity of the Trafó season passes for 2020/21 will be extended until the end of 2021 (31 December 2021).
